“The good life is a process, not a state of being”
- Carl Rogers

My Approach

I believe that creating a supportive, open, and unconditionally positive relationship is the cornerstone to the therapeutic process. No matter where you are at in your journey through life, I will endeavor to meet you where you are and together determine your goals for your time in counseling.
My therapeutic style incorporates elements of different counseling models I have experienced during my time as a counselor. These include solution-focused therapy, crisis intervention and trauma-focused therapy, as well as narrative therapy and mindfulness techniques. As we progress in our time together, we will continually evaluate progress towards your goals and tailor our sessions to help achieve the desired results.

My Clients

I have experience working with adolescents and adults on a variety of clients concerns including anxiety, depression, and parenting. I welcome clients of all backgrounds religion cultural background, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
